Let’s build a body that matches your lifestyle.

Reaching your fitness goals is not difficult.

That’s just the story you’re telling yourself to be complacent with where you are.

Once you accept that it can be done, we can work on small habits to make it happen.

I’ve seen many people in your shoes.

Working 40+ hours per week, taking care of the house and carting around the kids.

It can be exhausting when you focus all your attention on everyone but you.

That’s why I put the spotlight on you and give you actionable steps to take.

Because you still have to live your life while you’re reaching your success.

Let me share some client success stories with you.

Chris came to me with a goal of reaching 225lbs, not thinking it would be possible to reach 200lbs.

Within 5 months we have been able to cut him down from 271lbs to 226lbs, with the goal of sub-200lbs looking more and more attainable by the day.

His strength and conditioning have improved drastically allowing him to enjoy his time with his kid when he’s not working on his business or taking care of the house.

Tammy had a bad relationship with food, and felt like it was difficult to meet success in this department of her life.

We started with developing better eating habits, then slowly built her workout program up as needed.

She has successfully lost and kept off 50lbs, can deadlift 200+lbs, can bench press 100+lbs and is the strongest she’s been in her entire life!

The best part is, she didn’t have to give up her life for it!

Jose has a demanding work schedule, a house and daughter to look after, but still managed to lose 40lbs!

We started with working out two days per week and scaled his program to suit his needs as he developed better habits along the way.

With the right focus on his food and daily activity levels, we were able to drop the weight all while packing on some serious muscle, and we’re far from done!

Mark had lost a lot of weight on his own, but wanted to take it to the next level.

He wanted to be able to see his abs and learn how to lift properly so he that he could avoid future injuries.

We worked on his technique and setup a program that would alleviate his elbow, shoulder and back pain.

Just a few months later, Mark competed in his first body building competition showing off his lean body.

None of these people have any more time than you.

Part of the program is figuring out how to make fitness fit within your current lifestyle.

There will definitely be some bad habits we have to change, but the process is simple.

With trust and good communication, we can form a team to tackle your goals together.

Who am I?

And why should you trust me?

My name is Tyler Shamaly.

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 10 years who’s struggled with my relationship with food.

I’ve been a gym owner who lost it all, went bankrupt and still had the guts to get back up.

I’ve been drastically underweight and malnourished but found my way to better health.

I’ve broken 3 out of four limbs and learned how to rehab myself and correct my movement.

I lost my mother at the age of 10 after a 4 year battle with cancer, putting me down a path of drugs and depression, only to build the best version of me through the gym.

I’ve been through some shit, but have found that it’s better to find reasons instead of excuses.

What I can promise you is that I give my people 110% of me when I work with them, because I truly believe you are capable of far more than you can ever imagine.

If I am working with you, I will do everything in my power to help you reach your goals, and I’ll put that on my mom’s grave.
